The Brain Injury Association of Georgia is a non-profit organization serving individuals with brain injuries, their families, friends, and service providers
Brain injury is not an event or an outcome.
It is the start of a misdiagnosed, misunderstood, under-funded neurological disease

As the voice of brain injury, our mission is to provide hope, help and support to the
citizens of Georgia who have sustained or been affected by a brain injury

TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY? DID YOU RECEIVE A LETTER FROM THE BRAIN AND SPINAL INJURY TRUST FUND?
GET HELP THROUGH OUR RESOURCE FACILITATION PROGRAM TODAY! COMPLETE OUR CONTACT US FORM

A brain injury can happen anytime, anywhere, to anyone. Brain Injuries do not discriminate. An injury that happens in an instant can bring a lifetime of physical, cognitive and behavior challenges and early, equal adequate access to care will greatly increase overall quality of life.

Georgia has over 30,000 suspected traumatic brain injuries reported each year through the Central Registry, yet brain injury remains largely silent and unseen. These numbers do not include our military veterans or acquired brain injuries from strokes, tumors, brain bleeds, or other causes.
