Brain injury often requires life-long care and support after the person impacted has sustained a brain injury, whether it is traumatic (TBI) or non traumatic (ABI) - this is where the Brain Injury Association of Georgia  comes in - providing information, resources and support services to individuals, caregivers, families and the professionals who serve them.

Information & Resources Program I&R for TBI and ABI 
If you are wanting help concerning information and resources for you, a loved one or client with a brain injury, please provide detailed information in the Contact Us Form to help us better understand and respond appropriately.   ​ 

TBI - Resource Facilitation Program RFP 
As part of your rehabilitation and journey, we offer follow-up service coordination for individuals impacted by a TBI whether newly injured or post TBI.  This confidential and voluntary service DOES NOT REPLACE any medical or rehabilitation follow-up care that you may need. It is intended to provide you and your family with a two year, person centered service coordination approach, information about a TBI and assistance in accessing services and support so you can live in your home or community. You must qualify for this program.  Complete the form and if you have any questions contact:

Note: Some questions are collected when applying for grants to help cover the cost for running our programs at no cost to you

    Traumatic as a result of an external force to the head: ie: being struck by an object, car accident, fall, concussion, assaulted, gun shot wound, suicide by gun shot, domestic violence,
    Acquired means brain injury occurred from stroke, tumor, aneurysm, oxygen deprived....etc)

    We are not subject to certain state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA. Our privacy policy provides information about how we may use or disclose personal information, including names, demographic data, financial information medical, mental health, treatment, and other health information about you, your family, and/or household members (collectively "Personal Information"). While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data from unauthorized uses and disclosures, sometimes things go wrong.
