CONTACT US
The Brain Injury Association of Georgia is a nonprofit organization serving individuals with brain injuries and their families, friends, and service providers. For any questions about the following programs contact us 770-676-3529 or info@braininjurygeorgia.org
Brain injury often requires life-long care and support after the person impacted has sustained a TBI or ABI - this is where the Brain Injury Association of Georgia comes in - providing information, resources and support services to individuals, caregivers, families and the professionals who serve them.
Information & Resources Program I&R for TBI and ABI
If you are wanting help concerning information and resources about you, a loved one or client with a brain injury, please provide detailed information in the Contact Form to help us better understand and respond appropriately. If you would like 1:1 appointment via FaceTime or Zoom, contact us 770-676-3529 or info@braininjurygeorgia.org Subject Line: I&R inquiry
NEW: Resource Facilitation Program RFP (Currently covering metro Atlanta counties for qualified individuals impacted by a Traumatic Brain Injury TBI).
As part of your rehabilitation and journey, we offer follow-up service coordination for individuals impacted by a TBI whether newly injured or post TBI. This confidential and voluntary service DOES NOT REPLACE any medical or rehabilitation follow-up care that you may need. It is intended to provide you and your family with a two year person centered service coordination approach, information about a TBI and assistance in accessing services and support so you can live in your home or community. Complete the form and if you have any questions or would like an appointment via Zoom or FaceTime, contact 404-556-2528 or email info@braininjurygeorgia.org Subject Line: RFP inquiry
